IMAGINE THIS. You enter the bathroom, step on the scale. Waiting for it to load…..numbers pop up. You tilt your head down and you see your UGW. Your face glows up. Your heart bounces and you get that feeling that you did it! You walk out of that bathroom door in so much confidence. Get that moment! Don’t give up!

There’s 100+ days until summer. What’s worse? Having that pizza, soda, chips, chocolate, not being happy in your summer clothes, being ashamed of your body in a bikini, seeing thin girls in shorts and crop tops….or 100+ days of hard work, eating right and exercising for just over 3 months for a body you can be proud of? Don’t make excuses, you don’t have time for that. Just get it done. You wont regret it.
